I don't remember the exact moment my fascination with hypnosis began, but it must have been at a very young age. By my teenage years I already had a small collection of books and articles on the subject. When something caught my eye, I had to read it — and I'll admit, not everything was riveting at that age. I must have been a curious child.
Growing up in Poland — before the internet was really a thing — finding reliable information on hypnosis was a genuine challenge. I still remember a teacher in high school mentioning a new search engine called Google for a class project. Yes, I'm older than Google.
After arriving in the UK in 2010, I came across a course on Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy run by ICCHP. I attended a one-day workshop and was absolutely amazed — not only by the subject, but by the warmth and professionalism of the people. I wanted more. After a second workshop, I received an email: a new course was starting in a couple of months, one that would make me a Professional Practitioner. I dug into my savings, enrolled, and the rest is history.
Today I run my own practice, helping people with everyday challenges, unusual situations, and sometimes more serious issues that life presents. Even after many years, you can still find me at seminars and trainings, exploring new ways to help.
