Emotion code
Emotion code allows us to find stuck emotions that we’ve found difficult to process. For example: do you remember that time when you got angry at someone on the street, had a busy day, so had to move on and forgot the whole situation, or when you had an argument with a friend about something that mattered for you, days passed things got cleaner between you two, but still months later something doesn’t feel quite right and it keeps bothering you. Well cases like that are typical examples of how we can trap emotions. At the beginning they can be ignored, but once accumulated they can start playing havoc in our life. We can start self-sabotaging our efforts, say things we don’t mean, behave in different way – basically we change, slightly but still you remember time from the past when certain things didn’t bother you so much or you had different relationships with people in your life. What happened? When did it happened? Slowly, but surely, trapped emotions can accumulate unnoticed, until one day everything starts to annoy you, your relationships are very different from what they used to be, and who knows maybe your health starts to suffer more than it used to. Good news is that in present we can find a culprit and simply release it. And as a result we can enjoy our relationships and daily lives much more.
