Treatment
Change your inner programs — and change your life.
Almost everyone I speak with has experienced self-doubt at some point — that quiet, persistent voice that tells you you're not good enough, not capable, not worthy. What's striking is how many people describe exactly the same thing: their outer life has changed enormously, yet the doubt feels exactly the same as it did decades ago.
"Your younger self is still running the show — carrying every scolding, every 'you can't do that', every moment of shame as though it just happened."
That's because the subconscious doesn't experience time the way we do. It stores these early experiences as absolute truths — and goes on applying them, quietly, to everything you do. The good news is that not everything from the past needs to change. Just a few targeted shifts can have a profound snowball effect — rewriting the programs that no longer serve you and opening up new possibilities in their place.
Change your programs. Change your life.
Most of it originates in childhood — from things we were told, witnessed, or concluded about ourselves at a young age. The subconscious mind absorbs these messages without filtering them, storing them as facts. Even when our conscious mind knows better, those deeper programs continue to run in the background, shaping how we feel about ourselves and what we believe we're capable of.
Yes. Hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious — the part of the mind where these programs live. By accessing that deeper layer, we can identify the beliefs and experiences that are fuelling the negative voice, release the emotional charge attached to them, and begin to install new, more supportive responses. Many clients notice a shift in tone after just a few sessions.
Not at all. Positive affirmations work at the conscious level — and if your subconscious holds a contradicting belief, they often feel hollow or even create resistance. What we do instead is work at the root: finding where the negative belief came from, clearing the emotional experience attached to it, and allowing a new perspective to settle naturally. It's less about forcing positivity and more about removing what's blocking it.
It varies. Some people notice meaningful change after one or two sessions; for others it takes a little longer, especially if the patterns are deeply rooted or connected to several early experiences. I'll always be honest with you about where we are and what I think is needed. The goal is always to work as efficiently as possible and help you get to a place where you no longer need me.
