A programming language for your subconscious — and a path to lasting change.
Understanding Hypnosis
Most of us have heard the word hypnosis — but what does it actually mean? I like to think of it as a programming language for the subconscious. Many of our daily activities run without conscious thought: we just do things on autopilot. Those are our programmes.
Some programmes are helpful. Others — the ones that drive destructive patterns, unhelpful beliefs, or behaviours we can't seem to shake — are not. Hypnosis allows us to "look under the hood", make some adjustments, and move forward with new, updated software.
It's like updating an app on your phone. The old version still works — it just doesn't serve you anymore.

We start by understanding exactly what you'd like to change — the goal, the pattern, the feeling. This shapes everything that follows.
I guide you into a calm, focused state — similar to deep daydreaming. You're always aware and in control. Nothing happens without your agreement.
With your subconscious receptive, I introduce new instructions — carefully crafted to shift the unhelpful pattern toward the outcome you want.
What it can help with
"Hypnosis doesn't make you do anything. It makes it easier to do what you already want to do — by speaking directly to the part of you that's been holding you back."— Tomasz Krutul, Hypnotherapist
Common Questions
Many people only know hypnosis from films, but the reality is much gentler. The word comes from the Greek "Hypnos" — meaning sleep — and for many, that's how it feels. Experiences range from a light, daydream-like state to drifting into a deep, restful calm. Some believe deeper trance means better results, but a skilled therapist crafts their approach to resonate with you — depth matters far less than connection.
Our behaviours, habits and beliefs are like programmes the subconscious uses to run our lives. Through hypnosis we can alter them. Whether it's eating late at night, self-sabotaging, being afraid of speaking to others, or wanting to improve focus and performance at work — hypnosis can give your mind new instructions so you can behave in the way you actually want to.
Yes — meditation and hypnosis are closely related. In both, we calm mind and body and enter an Alpha brainwave state. The key difference is intention: before a hypnosis session, we agree on a clear goal, and once in that calm state, I give your subconscious specific, purposeful instructions to work toward it. Meditation is wonderful for general wellbeing — hypnosis is targeted change.
