When you are afraid, you have to adjust your life to avoid fearful stimuli. And that can cause a lot of trouble at times. But it’s not the way how you need to live for the rest of your life. Fears begin in our mind, how we look at surrounding us world. If we change that, our life will change, and we will no longer react to stimuli the same again.
