I believe there is a lighter, freer version of each of us waiting to emerge. But when life throws us off balance, we often reach for comfort — food, in particular — as a way of feeling safe, numbing stress, or simply getting through the day.
It starts small. Then, before we know it, things have shifted further than we intended. Our relationship with food changes. Our energy and mood follow. And doing more of the same only deepens the pattern.

What I offer is a combination of energy work and hypnotherapy — working together to find and clear the emotional blockages that drive overeating, install healthier habits at a subconscious level, and restore the inner calm that makes lasting change possible. This isn't about willpower or restriction. It's about changing your relationship with food from the inside out.
Because they address behaviour without touching the underlying cause. If eating is serving an emotional function — stress relief, comfort, reward, numbing — then restricting food only creates more tension, not less. The subconscious will find ways to restore the pattern. Hypnotherapy works differently: it addresses the emotional root, so the behaviour naturally shifts rather than being forced.
Both, ultimately. The focus is on restoring a healthy, balanced relationship with food — eating in a way that genuinely nourishes you, rather than as a response to stress or emotion. For most people, weight naturally begins to find its balance when that underlying relationship shifts. The goal isn't a number on a scale; it's feeling comfortable, calm, and in control.
Energy work — such as the Emotion Code — helps identify and release trapped emotions that may be driving emotional eating patterns, often ones you weren't even consciously aware of. Hypnotherapy then works to reinforce new, healthier responses and habits at a deeper level. Together, they address both the energetic and psychological dimensions of the pattern for more complete and lasting change.
