I believe that there is a thin, slim person in each and every one of us. And because, when life throws at us a curve ball, we often develop a habit to hide, so we can feel safe. Unfortunately, sometimes our ways of dealing with stress lead us to places we would like to avoid. Quite often we build protection around us to make us feel safe, but in consequence our wellbeing suffers. And before we know it, it has spun out of control. Our shape, our scale are out of balance and control, and in result our mood and our physiology suffers too. Now what? Doing what we did so far only brings more discomfort and suffering. I know, because I’ve been there, comfort food is not the answer to the pressures of life. There are better ways to deal with it.
